Is there a deadline for becoming an exhibitor?

There is no deadline for becoming an exhibitor but to maximize your exposure on the Licensing International Expo website and in our marketing materials, we recommend you reserve space early. Exhibit space is also limited to availability. If you are considering exhibiting, contact us today for exhibition opportunities.


How do I obtain exhibitor badges for my booth staff?

Exhibitor Registration will be available in February 2010


Can I share my exhibit space with a partner company?

You may not assign, sublet or share any part of your assigned space without express written permission from Licensing International Expo.


Can I obtain the exhibitor service manual online?

Exhibitor Manuals will be available in February of 2010.


What are show floor hours?

What options do I have for shipping materials?
  1. Ship to the contractor’s warehouse. It will be placed on the show floor first.
  2. Ship directly to the show floor. It must arrive during the targeted move-in period.
  3. Hand-carry items. Exhibitors are allowed to hand-carry a reasonable number of materials into the show floor. Carts, dollies or small vehicles are not permitted.

How do I order equipment and/or services for my exhibit booth?

You will be able to order equipment and services through the exhibitor manual which will be available in February of 2010.


What is your booth cancellation policy?

All cancellations, withdrawals or requests for reduction in space by Exhibitor must be in writing, by certified mail, return receipt requested. The date of cancellation, withdrawal or reduction in space, as applicable, shall be the postmark date on the notice. If Exhibitor cancels, withdraws or reduces its space requirements for the Show, Exhibitor agrees to pay on demand to Show Management the amounts set forth below if not previously paid by Exhibitor. Such payment shall be liquidated damages and not a penalty, and the parties agree that such amounts constitute a reasonable provision for liquidated damages.

After September 4, 2009 but before January 14, 2010 75% of the Total Booth Space Fee.
After January 14, 2010, 100% of the Total Booth Space Fee

In the event Exhibitor, at any time, seeks to cancel this license for exhibition space, withdraws from the show or requests a reduction in space, an administrative and processing fee of $1000 per 10x10 booth will be accessed.

How do I update my company information in the Show Directory?

You can submit information through your Digital Booth. Digital Booth is available online under Exhibitor Resources. Step-by-step instructions on accessing your Digital Booth are also available on this page.


How do I reserve a meeting room?

A limited number of meeting rooms at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center are available. Please click here for further information or contact your sales representative for more information.

How do we get hotel rooms for our staff?

We are finalizing details on travel and hotel accommodations for Licensing International Expo 2010. Travel and hotel information will be available online under the Travel menu.


What is my exhibitor login?

Your username and password were e-mailed to the individual designated as contact on the booth contract. Contact Lindsey Jones with further login questions.
