Is there a deadline for becoming an exhibitor?

There is no deadline for becoming an exhibitor but to maximize your exposure on the Licensing International Expo website and in our marketing materials, we recommend you reserve space early. Exhibit space is also limited to availability. If you are considering exhibiting, contact us today for exhibition opportunities.


How do I obtain exhibitor badges for my booth staff?

Can I share my exhibit space with a partner company?

You may not assign, sublet or share any part of your assigned space without express written permission from Licensing International Expo.


Can I obtain the exhibitor service manual online?

The Exhibitor Manual is available here.


What are show floor hours?

Show floor hours for 2012 have not been determined yet. Check back for details.


What options do I have for shipping materials?
  1. Ship to the contractor’s warehouse. It will be placed on the show floor first.
  2. Ship directly to the show floor. It must arrive during the targeted move-in period.
  3. Hand-carry items. Exhibitors are allowed to hand-carry a reasonable number of materials into the show floor. Carts, dollies or small vehicles are not permitted.

How do I order equipment and/or services for my exhibit booth?

Equipment and services can be ordered through the exhibitor manual.


What is your booth cancellation policy?

All cancellations, withdrawals or requests for reduction in space by Exhibitor must be in writing, by certified mail, return receipt requested. The date of cancellation, withdrawal or reduction in space, as applicable, shall be the postmark date on the notice. If Exhibitor cancels, withdraws or reduces its space requirements for the Show, Exhibitor agrees to pay on demand to Show Management the amounts set forth below if not previously paid by Exhibitor. Such payment shall be liquidated damages and not a penalty, and the parties agree that such amounts constitute a reasonable provision for liquidated damages.

In the event Exhibitor, at any time, seeks to cancel this license for exhibition space, withdraws from the show or requests a reduction in space, an administrative and processing fee of $1000 per 10x10 booth will be accessed.

How do I update my company information in the Show Directory?

You can submit information through your Digital Booth. Digital Booth is available online under Exhibitor Resources. Step-by-step instructions on accessing your Digital Booth are also available on this page.


How do I reserve a meeting room?

A limited number of meeting rooms at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center are available. Please contact your sales representative for more information.
